All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Any verbal or written communication will be considered part of the agreement.
Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be completed after you arrive here same day on arrival.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to government taxes, fuel price changes, or availability.
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation:
More than 15 days before travel: Minimal charges may apply.
7–15 days before travel: Partial refund (after deductions).
Less than 7 days / No show: No refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
No refund for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or early departure.
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License).
For restricted areas in Andaman, permits (if required) are the guest’s responsibility unless specifically included in the package.
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, ferry delays, natural calamities, government restrictions, or operational reasons.
Andaman Beauty Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary for safety reasons.
Hotels are provided as per availability and standard check-in/check-out timings apply.
Room categories are subject to hotel policies.
Transportation will be arranged as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal unless specified.
Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings.
Andaman Beauty Tours & Travels is not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, or illness during the tour.
We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, ferry cancellation, political unrest, or government regulations.
Andaman Beauty Tours & Travels acts only as a tour operator and is responsible for only tour organize by us and not responsible for third-party service providers like hotels, transporters, or activity operators.
Any dispute arising shall be subject to local jurisdiction only.We may use tour photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless the guest specifically objects in writing.
By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
